Qualifications

• Experience leading tax due diligence engagements and advising on transaction structuring.
• Strong knowledge of partnership, corporate, and transactional tax concepts with client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax due diligence engagements and advise on transaction structuring for acquisitions, investments, restructurings.
• Plan and execute projects, including budgeting and resource management.
• Identify tax risks, exposures, and planning opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Review purchase agreements, tax provisions, and transaction documentation.
