The Goldman Sachs Group in Salt Lake City seeks a senior liquidity risk professional to help govern liquidity risk frameworks and collaborate with LR leadership, engineering teams, and regulators. You will monitor limit usage, breach remediation, and escalate issues as part of a robust risk management program.

You will engage with risk-taking businesses to assess new activities, enforce limits, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to model development and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capital markets or related risk/tuning roles
• Experience with liquidity risk management is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsabilités

• Work closely with LR leadership to develop and implement comprehensive liquidity risk governance frameworks
• Monitor limit utilization, breach remediation, and escalation workflow
• Work closely with engineering teams to model liquidity risks under various stress scenarios; propose, calibrate, and implement appropriate assumptions
• Engage directly with the risk taking businesses to understand strategy, assess new activities, enforce limits, comply with regulatory requirements, and challenge proposals
• Engage periodically with regional regulators to explain the firm's risk posture, clarify rule interpretations, respond to analysis and data requests, and support advocacy discussions
