Nuveen’s Sales Learning & Development team seeks a key contributor to drive comprehensive learning strategies across Distribution. You will own New Hire onboarding, product education, and advanced selling skills initiatives, partnering with Sales Leaders and Marketing to align programs with Nuveen's business strategy.

You will serve as a key contributor within Nuveen's Sales Learning & Development team, driving comprehensive learning strategies across Distribution sales channels. In this role, you’ll support and contribute to learning solutions spanning three critical areas: New Hire education programs, Product education initiatives, and Advanced Selling Skills development. You’ll help develop strategy, drive execution, measure impact, and facilitate the adoption of learning programs that accelerate the capabilities of our distribution sales professionals. Based on your strengths and business needs, you’ll take primary ownership of one or more of these focus areas while actively contributing to all three.
Working closely with US Sales Leaders and business partners, you’ll accelerate knowledge of Nuveen products, asset classes, the competitive landscape, regulatory and business practices, and technological platforms. Your expertise in both the distribution business and best-in-class learning practices will help align our capabilities with the needs and opportunities across Nuveen's sales organization. You’ll partner with key stakeholders throughout Nuveen, TIAA Investments, Product, Marketing, and other areas of the firm to deliver impactful learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

Base Pay Range: $114,000/yr - $160,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
