Sedgwick is seeking a seasoned Vice President, IT Internal Audit to lead and advance the Company’s technology audit and assurance capabilities. This executive will direct the IT internal audit program, including IT SOX, SAP controls, and risk assurance across a global environment.

Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Audit, the role requires strategic vision, technical depth, and strong execution in shaping IT risk, controls, and transformation efforts, including the SAP S/4HANA migration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IS, accounting, finance, CS, or related field.
• 13+ years in IT audit, IT risk, SOX, or ERP controls with senior leadership experience.
• Strong background leading IT internal audit and IT SOX programs in large organizations.
• Experience with SAP environments and SAP controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT Internal Audit program, including risk assessment, planning, execution, reporting and follow‑up.
• Oversee IT SOX program, including testing strategy and assurance over IT general controls and automated controls.
• Drive a risk‑based IT audit plan focusing on ERP, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, third‑party risk and major system implementations.
• Provide leadership over SAP controls, including security, access, segregation of duties, change management and reports.
• Partner with Internal Audit leadership to address technology and SAP risks in broader audits; oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation governance and testing.
• Lead remediation validation for IT and SAP findings; collaborate with management and external auditors on SOX and SAP controls.
