Job summary

Vizient in Chicago seeks a VP of Integrated Insights & Client Impact to translate strategy into a scalable operating model and develop client-specific narratives that drive action. You will lead cross-domain teams across Clinical, Operational, and Strategy Intelligence, set governance, and deliver executive-ready insights to support decision-making.

This role emphasizes advancing analytics, AI, automation, and standardized frameworks to scale impact, while building talent and succession planning

Responsibilities

• Translate and partner with the SVP’s Integrated Insights & Delivery strategy into an executable roadmap across Clinical, Operational, and Strategy Intelligence.
• Lead the team responsible for creating client-specific insight vignettes focused on high-priority performance, strategy, and value-realization opportunities.
• Establish governance, roles, processes, and performance measures that enable consistent, scalable insight delivery.
• Represent Integrated Insights & Client Impact in senior internal and external forums, executive reporting, and strategic business reviews.
• Translate data, analytics, industry intelligence, and subject matter expertise into integrated, executive-ready perspectives tailored to client priorities.
• Partner with product teams, data science, consulting, research, and strategy intelligence to identify emerging issues and proactive engagement opportunities.
• Ensure insights are timely, credible, concise, and translated into clear recommendations that support executive decision-making.
• Manage integrated insights professionals and analytic engineers aligned to cross-disciplinary priorities across Clinical, Operational, and Strategy Intelligence.
• Partner with Analytic Services & Operations to ensure clear handoffs between proactive insight creation and standard, dedicated, and fee-for-service analytics delivery.
• Define service levels, quality controls, and escalation processes that support reliable delivery and measurable client outcomes.
• Advance the use of analytics, AI, automation, reusable content, and standardized frameworks to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Build and manage a high-performing team with strong cross-domain analytical, storytelling, collaboration, and enterprise leadership capabilities.
• Develop talent, career paths, and succession plans that support current priorities and the future evolution of integrated insights.
