Qualifications

5+ years ETF industry experience in product development and strategy.
Strong understanding of ETF structures and product commercialization.

Responsibilities

Support product strategy and development for ETF initiatives.
Identify market opportunities via client demand and industry trends.
Evaluate and develop new ETF concepts using GSAM capabilities.
Build and maintain a robust ETF opportunities pipeline.
Develop business cases and product recommendations to drive growth.
Collaborate with investment teams to translate expertise into ETF products.
Lead the development and commercialization of innovative ETF concepts.
Partner with Product Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and National Accounts.
