Job summary

Jefferies is seeking a high-impact VP of Information Security Program Management to drive the health, governance, and execution of the information security portfolio. This role demands an assertive program executive who can navigate a complex, fast-moving environment, challenge weak plans, surface issues early, and ensure risks are addressed before delivery is affected.

Within the Cybersecurity COO organization, you will own day-to-day delivery while maturing the program management operating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience within Information Security, Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, or Enterprise Technology.
• Experience building or leading a PMO or portfolio governance function.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change programs in complex, matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with vendor risk management, security governance, identity and access management, and technology risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated Information Security delivery portfolio with a real-time view of programs and projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for leadership.
• Track portfolio health and escalate risks with lead time for action.
• Own CISO portfolio reporting and escalation process for proper cadence.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders; track actions and commitments to closure.
• Establish a communications plan for delivery reporting and cadence.
• Coordinate security initiatives across portfolio (IAM, SSO, PAM, security ops, network/security).
• Define and improve the Information Security program management operating model.
