Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Vice President, Asset Management in New York to lead value creation for the US Industrial portfolio. You will develop and execute asset strategies, manage a cross-functional team, and report to senior leadership on performance and investment decisions.

The role requires 5–8 years in institutional asset management with strong financial modeling, Argus and Yardi proficiency, and a willingness to travel. Competitive base salary and total rewards apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field.
MBA or advanced degree is welcomed.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute asset-level strategies across leasing, capex, budgeting and hold/sell analyses to maximize returns.
Lead leasing negotiations and drive occupancy and NOI improvements.
Coach and develop a high-performing asset management team.
Oversee asset performance metrics, variances, and investor reporting with Finance.
Monitor third-party property management and ensure budget and lease compliance.
Maintain lender relationships and monitor debt covenants and risk.
