Access TeleCare, LLC is seeking a VP of Strategy & Analytics—Healthcare (Remote) to partner with the CEO and executive team on the company’s highest priority opportunities. You will drive enterprise strategy, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic growth, while guiding an analytics team and shaping AI-enabled transformations.

The role demands intellectual horsepower, strong judgment, and the ability to rapidly develop expertise across healthcare, technology, and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investing, healthcare operations, or a similarly analytical environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with C-suite executives.
• Strong quantitative and financial acumen with the ability to build and stress-test business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executives to address top strategic and operating priorities.
• Structure ambiguous questions, develop fact-based perspectives, and translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Lead strategic planning across growth, markets, and capital allocation; manage and mentor analytics staff.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, potential M&A activity, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead AI-enabled strategy efforts and translate opportunities into executable initiatives.
• Provide decision support materials for the Board and senior leadership.
