Lockton Dunning Benefits in Dallas seeks a VP, Health and Welfare Actuary to lead advanced actuarial consulting for Health and Welfare clients. The role requires delivering high-quality analyses, pricing strategy, and strategic guidance in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor teams, present in client meetings, and collaborate on national initiatives, ensuring accuracy through peer reviews and integrating market trends into client solutions.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant health actuarial consulting and/or health plan experience.
• FSA/ASA designation required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independent, motivated self-starter with leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality actuarial consulting to Health and Welfare clients.
• Lead and mentor actuarial staff and provide technical coaching.
• Lead client meetings as a financial expert.
• Develop pricing strategies and cost scenarios for client plans.
• Support national Health & Benefit development initiatives and firm-wide projects.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Forecast budgets and project costs for benefit designs.
