Atlantic Group in New York City is seeking a VP (Senior Associate / AVP) to join our Fund Accounting team. The role supports NAV oversight, financial reporting, and fee and capital activity across a complex platform.

You'll join a lean, capable fund accounting group during a growth phase, gaining exposure across structured credit, direct lending, insurance solutions, ETFs, and new product launches. Strong compensation and career upside accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience in private markets
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP as applied to investment funds
• Experience with open- and closed-end fund structures
• CPA preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with third-party fund administrators

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV finalization, reconciliations, and investor allocations for open- and closed-end private funds
• Review and approve client capital statements from third-party administrators
• Monitor management and carried interest fees per governing documents
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and expense allocations
• Prepare quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements under US GAAP
• Collaborate with external auditors and cross-functional teams to support reporting
