Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group in Pittsburgh, NYC or Stamford seeks a VP of FP&A to lead the finance planning function, mentor the FP&A team, and partner with the CFO and senior leadership.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, capital structure management and lender relations while driving data warehouse initiatives and cross-department collaboration. This is a hands-on role with a base salary and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in business or finance; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A experience with executive and board exposure.
• Hands-on leader who owns analysis and mentors staff.
• Expert in three-statement modeling, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Experience managing capital structure, lender relationships and credit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&A team with hands-on oversight.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting with timely, accurate data.
• Drive strategic analysis and ad-hoc projects for exec decision-making.
• Manage capital structure and lender relationships to align with objectives.
• Partners with CFO and leadership on KPI development and reporting.
