Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Senior Banker to assist clients in raising funds in capital markets and provide strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions. The VP Banker acts as an intermediary in trading for clients within Institutional Banking.

You will lead financing transactions, guide clients through due diligence, and prepare for equity or debt offerings, while collaborating with senior team members and outside advisors on complex deals.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking sector.
• Degree in Finance or related Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Series 79 and 63 within 150 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Lead phases of project/transaction execution and new business development.
• Guide clients through capital raising, due diligence, and prep for equity/debt offering.
• Collaborate with senior team and outside advisors on M&A and special situations.
• Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, investor presentations and oversee work by analysts.
