Job summary

A leading environmental consulting firm is seeking a Vice President, Environmental Energy Technical Director in Tempe, Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of experience in energy infrastructure, including managing permitting and construction for electric transmission lines and renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include project management, client coordination, and founding new business leads. Candidates need strong communication skills, knowledge of Arizona's ACC CEC process, and an educational background in relevant fields.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience managing energy infrastructure siting and routing, permitting, and construction.
  • 5+ years of experience leading the ACC CEC process.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical director, project director, and project manager.
  • Develop and mentor staff in project execution.
  • Manage multidisciplinary projects including routing/siting and construction compliance.
