Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President in Non-Financial Risk & Controls Engineering Program Management to lead transformational initiatives across Risk, Compliance, and Engineering. You will translate strategy into executable programs, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver executive-ready updates.

The role requires 10+ years of program management or related experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management, transformation, risk/compliance, or management consulting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior audiences.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major area of a large transformational initiative within Non-Financial Risk & Controls Engineering.
• Translate stakeholder direction into clear program structures and concrete solutions.
• Align scope, delivery expectations and measures of success with Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Transformation teams.
• Define and monitor program success metrics and adjust execution as needed.
• Develop executive-ready materials and updates for leadership.
• Contribute to multi-year execution plans and target-state design activities.
• Frame complex topics such as data, AI-enabled capabilities, and operating model transformation.
• Facilitate governance forums and working sessions to drive decisions.
