InnovAge seeks an executive analytics leader to translate complex operational, financial, and workforce data into actionable insights that drive performance. This role reports to the COO and collaborates with the CEO, ELT, and Board to answer critical questions on risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
The leader will develop predictive models, executive dashboards, and data storytelling to guide enterprise strategy, workforce planning, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by converting complex operational, financial, workforce, clinical, and growth data into actionable business insights that improve organizational performance.
