Qualifications

  • Requires three (3) years of experience in risk management, trading, or related roles.
  • Three (3) years experience with equity markets, trading systems, controls, and regulatory inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, understand, solve, and monitor electronic and algorithmic trading challenges.
  • Implement and own electronic trading risk controls to enable risk-controlled business development.
  • Monitor electronic trading activity and controls in real-time and address issues as they arise.
  • Perform analysis on large datasets and system logs to diagnose issues and propose recommendations.
  • Own and enhance operational processes mitigating operational and regulatory reporting risks.
  • Provide electronic trading risk oversight relating to product management and new trading initiatives.
  • Program manage cross-divisional business initiatives.
