Medline is seeking an executive leader to oversee distribution and commercial quality, ensuring product integrity and compliant storage and transport from release to customer delivery. You will partner with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams to set strategy and drive sustainable compliance.

Responsibilities include governance of distribution quality, warehouse and 3PL oversight, and leading regional quality leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Business, or related field.
• Professional quality or regulatory certification preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs in regulated industries.
• At least 7 years of people-leadership experience across multiple sites/regions.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements, ISO 13485, EU MDR and global quality requirements.
• Travel up to 35–50% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, standards, governance, and accountability for distribution quality across the network.
• Direct quality oversight of warehouses and 3PLs, including audits and quality agreements.

This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
