Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking and/or capital markets.
Preference for industry knowledge and transaction experience within the Communications and/or Technology sub-verticals.
Proven capital markets and M&A experience with strong capital structure acumen and credit knowledge.
4 year degree from an accredited university; Master's degree preferred.
Series 79 & 63 licenses.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Very strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Ability to manage projects independently.
Responsibilities

Develop strategic and financing ideas, create pitch content.
Establish relationships with key decision makers at C-suite level.
Prepare and present offering materials to potential investors.

Liaise with risk management teams.
Mentor and train analysts and associates.
Collaborate on cross-selling efforts.
