Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking and/or capital markets.
• Preference for industry knowledge and transaction experience within the Communications and/or Technology sub-verticals.
• Proven capital markets and M&A experience with strong capital structure acumen and credit knowledge.
• 4 year degree from an accredited university; Master's degree preferred.
• Series 79 & 63 licenses.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Very strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Play a leadership role in transactions including M&A and syndicated loans.
• Develop strategic and financing ideas, create pitch content.
• Establish relationships with key decision makers at C-suite level.
• Prepare and present offering materials to potential investors.
• Attend industry conventions to bolster industry knowledge.
• Oversee financial modeling and due diligence activities.
• Liaise with risk management teams.
• Mentor and train analysts and associates.
• Collaborate on cross-selling efforts.
