Job summary

Remedy Edge NY is seeking a VP Digital Design Lead to drive strategy and execution across multiple accounts, collaborating with lead UX designers, art directors, and copywriters to craft user-centered digital experiences. You will mentor designers, shape experience strategy, and push design systems and prototyping best practices, while advancing the XD group and strengthening client relationships.

A 7+ year UX/UI track record, a strong design portfolio, and proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe

Qualifications

• 7+ years UX/UI design experience with a visual design or product design role.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing mobile-first websites and native apps.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision and Zeplin.
• Experience leading, staffing, mentoring and guiding junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX leads, copywriters, and art directors across projects.
• Drive strategic and conceptual vision for multiple patient journeys.
• Influence project planning and overall user experience design.
• Develop experience strategy and collaborate with brand teams.
• Provide guidance to designers and validate implementation.
• Create high-fidelity visuals and production assets.
