• Own dependency management across the broader Digital organization to ensure coherent, coordinated deployment at scale.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders in structured trade-off conversations balancing effort, timelines, features, and constraints.
• Provide early and accurate visibility into schedule risk while engaging TPMs and Engineering Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption across the organization.
