Job summary

Posh is seeking a senior leader to turn sites and plans into operating data center facilities, working closely with the founding team through diligence, construction, energization, and commissioning.

This hands-on VP-level role may carry a Chief Development Officer title for the right scope, with responsibility for both strategy and day-to-day execution, building a development team and external partner network as projects grow.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering at least one data center through construction and handover.
• Experience leading complex development or capital projects with budgets and schedules.
• Practical understanding of utility service, energization, permitting, and commissioning dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data center development from diligence to commissioning.
• Lead cross-functional teams including utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Define scope, budgets, schedules, and go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate with external partners and ensure on-time delivery.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve diligence, scheduling and reporting.
