Job summary

PKaza LLC is seeking a VP of Construction Projects to lead data center delivery in a live environment across the Midwest. The role includes executive oversight of project managers, strategic client engagement, and complex budget control for mission-critical facilities.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of data center construction leadership, strong financial acumen, and deep knowledge of mission-critical systems. Travel is required to support client needs and project success.

Qualifications

• BA or BS a plus; advanced degree a plus
• Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience managing data center or mission critical construction projects with progressive leadership responsibility
• Executive level client facing experience with strong relationship management and advisory capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategy for the construction PM team
• Manage client relationships and provide senior oversight on complex project deliveries
• Control project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and cost reports to protect client and company interests
• Oversee multiple project managers and ensure adherence to company standards and safety
• Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors and manage vendor performance
• Drive value engineering and ensure delivery of built-to-suit and retrofit projects in live data center environments
• Travel as required to support project and client needs
