Lead a technical pricing team through the full transaction lifecycle interfacing with executives and industry experts to evaluate business drivers and determine deal potential.Key responsibilities: Lead overall transaction underwriting process and decision-making to maximize short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns. Create pricing models for proposed transactions. Analyze due diligence materials including actuarial appraisals, CIMs, policy forms, and insurance liability cash flows. Lead development of experience analysis and assumptions setting within transaction diligence. Identify structural solutions to improve transaction economics. Prepare internal deal documents including Transaction Memorandums and materials for the management approval committee. Lead cross-organizational project teams through due diligence and assimilation by collaborating with Actuarial, HR, Legal, Finance, Tax/Compliance, IT and Operations.Apply for this Position
