Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 6-8+ years of underwriting experience in real estate, construction and commercial financing including valuation and asset management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Independently evaluates and structures complex credit requests within various lending types for C&I and other industries.
  • Prepares analysis of financial statements for privately held, publicly held, and Sponsor-owned companies.
  • Develops CAR reports and ensures consistency between LOI, loan documents, and the CAR.
  • Reviews documents related to loan requests including UCC filings, appraisal reports, leases, and credit reports.
