Qualifications

• 15+ years of software, platform, or enterprise technology experience.
• 8+ years of senior engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in leading geographically distributed teams in multiple domains.
• Experience in high-availability enterprise systems management.
• Success in leading AI-enabled product platforms and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy platforms into scalable architectures.
• Experience in managing operational budgeting and vendor relations.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
