Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is seeking a VP Controller Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice. You will serve as a strategic business partner to support interim and project-based accounting needs for diverse clients.

As a Controller Consultant, you will work with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, and investors to drive growth, implement improvements, and deliver professional financial management services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Controller.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Willingness to travel throughout your local market, while occasionally supporting national markets.
• Strong desire for consulting-style work and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department.
• Solid track record of developing and optimizing the accounting and finance functions to support growth and scalability.
• Interpersonal skills to develop effective interdepartmental relationships; IT, HR, Operations department oversight is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of budgeting and forecasting with complex, dynamic financial models.
• Experience maintaining and/or implementing effective internal controls.
