The VP holds final sign-off on all content and creative, including Virtuoso The Magazine, and partners with Brand & Collaborations and Integrated Marketing to deliver as one.

  • Holds final approval of all content and creative before release, including each edition and cover of Virtuoso The Magazine, website, social, video and campaign creative.
  • Sets standards for organic and partner-funded (sponsored) content in every medium, so that sponsored print, web, social and video content meets the same editorial and brand bar.
  • Leads Virtuoso's content approach for emerging channels and discovery, including GEO (generative engine optimization), AI-assisted content, podcasts, video platforms and newsletters.
  • Team Leadership & Operations:

  • Owns the Content & Creative budget and resource plan, including freelance, agency, photography and production spend, and allocates it across channels for greatest impact.
  • Establishes intake, workflow, review and approval processes and tools, including Bynder and AI-assisted workflows, so the team delivers at scale without losing quality.
  • Builds a culture of creative excellence, collaboration and accountability, and moves the team from creating everything to also equipping others, supplying the content and imagery behind Brand & Collaborations' templates and resources for the network.
  • Business Impact & Collaboration:
  • Partners with Integrated Marketing and partner-facing teams on partner-funded media, ensuring sponsored content across print, digital, social and video is delivered on time, with performance reporting from BI/Data & Analytics.

  • Works with Brand & Collaborations on co-branded content, and with Product and Professional Development on content for new products such as courses.
