Pura Vida Miami is seeking a VP of Construction to lead the end-to-end development and opening of new locations. You will oversee design, permitting, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget openings with high-quality standards.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will build and manage a scalable team, manage cross-functional relationships with finance, operations, and HR, and shape store-opening strategies across markets.
We are on a mission to provide the world with simple, wholesome food and beverage items that fit today's lifestyle, offering an intimate - yet fast and consistent - experience to our customers.
We love and take pride in what we do, and we currently offer an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and ever-growing brand in this industry.
As VP of Construction, you'll be a critical leader in the entire development lifecycle for new locations, from the moment a site is secured through the day it opens its doors. You'll be the connective tissue between design, permitting, contractors, municipalities, and our internal operations team — and you'll build and lead the team that makes it all happen. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, with real influence over how — and how fast — we scale.
