You will lead Pharmacy & Therapeutics governance, formulary strategy, and drug pipeline management to optimize clinical and financial outcomes, while guiding vendor relationships and accreditation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required; PharmD preferred.
• 10+ years of clinical pharmacy care experience.
• Experience with PBM practices and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for pharmacy clinical operations and governance.
• Oversee formulary strategy, policy oversight, and drug pipeline management.
