Job summary

BNY Mellon in Florida seeks a Vice President, Client Processing Manager to lead the Client Processing team within the Fund Order Processing group. This in-office role is based in Lake Mary, Florida with a 4-day in-office expectation.

You will direct daily operations, serve as the primary client contact, and coordinate with operating areas and technology teams to ensure accurate records and timely updates. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 3+ years in transactional processing within

Responsibilities

Support business and technology managers; handle complex client inquiries and escalate issues.
Collaborate with technology and systems teams to ensure processes are efficient and risk mitigations are in place.
