Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group (BMAG) in Virginia seeks a Chief Claims Officer to lead the Claims function, aligning strategy, operations and customer service across the OU.

The Chief Claims Officer (CCO) serves as the highest level of Claims leadership in the Operating Unit (OU) and is responsible for Claims strategy, operations, compliance, customer service, and overall management of loss costs. The CCO serves as a member and key contributor on the OU's Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), working above and beyond the Claims functional area as a co-leader of the OU in general. The CCO is also responsible for all aspects of people management, engagement, and performance of the Claims staff. The CCO leads innovation in both the Claims function and beyond.
