Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in capital markets, treasury, or finance.
• Experience with trading/derivatives is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Excel; Bloomberg experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic vision for risk management.
• Lead development of risk models for residential risk positions.
• Develop and refine interest rate risk trading strategies.
• Present to senior leadership and build alliances across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
