Responsibilities

• Write business requirements/expression of needs.
• Validate specifications from a functional standpoint.
• Draft the test strategy and coordinate User Acceptance Tests.
• Manage communication around projects to stakeholders.
• Write and update operational procedures.
• Formalise process flows.
• Support and implement change management actions.
• Ensure post Go Live follow up actions.
