Excel Sports Management in New York seeks a VP of Business Development to lead the Brand Marketing growth agenda. You will own the pipeline, drive RFP responses, and close new business, guiding strategy across creative, analytics, and talent services.

You will manage senior brand relationships and partner with finance and legal to onboard clients. The role requires 10+ years in sponsorship marketing or agency BD, with a proven revenue track record and an MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of direct experience in sponsorship marketing, brand marketing strategy, or agency business development.
• Proven track record of securing new revenue and identifying organic growth within existing client portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue targets and conversion metrics across new business efforts.
• Drive RFP responses and pitches to win new clients.
• Lead the full business development cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop long-term commercial frameworks for durable client partnerships.
