The ideal profile is a scientifically credible executive with oncology experience, a regulatory track record, and the leadership maturity to balance strategic vision with practical execution. A PhD in Biostatistics and significant leadership in pharma/biotech is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing biostatistics organization within oncology.
• Shape statistical strategy across development portfolios from early studies to pivotal programs.

• Represent the function in regulatory interactions and guide submission-ready development plans.
• Strengthen operating models across internal teams, CROs, academic collaborators, and vendors.
