Job summary

SAB BIO seeks a Vice President of Program Management to lead and scale its PM function through late-stage development, BLA preparation, regulatory review, and launch readiness. The role drives cross-functional execution across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Ops, with about 70% BLA/launch focus.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 15+ years in biopharma with biologics late-stage programs.
• PM leadership in development programs for new molecular entities.
• Led PM for at least 2 BLA/NDA submissions in past 5 years.
• Experience with regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SAB's Program Management function with governance.
• Serve as senior PM for SAB-142 driving cross-functional execution.
• Develop integrated development and pre-commercialization plans with milestones.
• Drive readiness for BLA submission, regulatory review, inspections, and launch.
• Coordinate with external partners (CDMOs, CROs, labs) and internal leaders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing PM organization.
