Title:

VP, Associate Creative Director - Art

Location:

New York, NY

Purpose

ACDs, Art produce and supervise high-level, quality, core concept material and other visuals and design to achieve creative excellence on behalf of our clients. ACDs are key client-facing creative staff and are both hands-on creators and strategically insightful contributors.

The ACD is involved in the concept, design, and execution of integrated, cross-channel initiatives and demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the client’s brand and industry. Supports business growth and develops innovative creative content.

Objectives
  1. CREATIVITY: Create high-quality visuals, generate innovative ideas, collaborate on creative briefs, understand business objectives, supervise visual teams, and present ideas to clients.
  2. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: Ensure strategic and medical accuracy, leverage campaign components, ensure compliance, manage digital assets, and understand marketing channels including digital and traditional media.
  3. NEW BUSINESS: Support organic growth through research, analysis, and presentation skills to win new projects.
  4. DEVELOPMENT: Gain supervisory experience, delegate effectively, mentor junior talent, and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in art, Design, or equivalent experience
  • 6-10 years of advertising visual experience
  • Exceptional design skills, strong visual vocabulary, healthcare knowledge
  • Creative concepting skills, digital experience, 360 experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with scientific data presentation
Compensation Range

$150,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on experience and other factors.
