ezCater is seeking a seasoned senior lawyer to lead legal strategy for its technology-driven Product suite. The Assistant General Counsel will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams, advising on product design, UX, data flows, and go-to-market plans.

The role oversees the Privacy Program, manages AI-related legal risks, and designs legal approval processes for new features. This executive position reports to the Chief Legal and People Officer and is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• Minimum 15 years legal experience with at least 7 years in-house in tech/e-commerce/marketplace.
• Deep expertise in consumer protection, marketing law, and U.S. data privacy laws.
