  • Asset-Level Projects – Identify and implement priority value-add projects aligned with underwriting and asset business plans.
  • Dispositions and Due Diligence – Provide asset- and investment-level leadership in coordination with the Transactions team to facilitate due diligence and closings for dispositions and debt financings, including coordination of information with buyers, sellers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and internal partners. Review and sign off on due diligence materials and closing statements.
  • Organization and Communication – Drive collaboration, organization, and communication of key work products and information to articulate asset strategy and execution updates to Perform leadership and Blackstone.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership – Coordinate with Leasing, Construction, Property Management, and Finance to drive alignment on asset strategy and execution, including underwriting, budgeting, ad-hoc analyses, disposition prep, and day-to-day asset management.
  • Manage and Mentor Team – Orchestrate work and foster development so that work is produced effectively and junior colleagues learn and grow; provide mentoring and coaching beyond direct reports.
