Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Vice President, Integrated Patient Access and Services to lead the patient access ecosystem from Pittsburgh, PA. You will own the strategy, performance, and transformation of end-to-end patient access and support, including contact center operations and a licensed non-commercial pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, operations, business or related field.
• 15+ years of healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or contact center experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large patient access programs.
• Experience leading complex operations in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of pharma industry dynamics and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own PSC strategy, operating model, and long-range roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, and Tech.
• Drive PSC’s digital, data, and AI strategy to improve outcomes and compliance.
• Own financial performance, budgets, and capital investments for PSC.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and business continuity.
