In this vital leadership role, you will oversee key business functions, drive strategic initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and champion process improvements. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and advancing our mission to provide eco-friendly water solutions.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to accelerate growth and market penetration
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and project delivery excellence
• Cultivate and negotiate partnerships, client relationships, and new business opportunities
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
• Provide visionary leadership that motivates teams, promotes innovation, and sustains a high-performance culture

Experience
