Engage Every American is seeking dependable GOTV Field Canvassers to conduct door-to-door outreach across Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This is a temporary/seasonal role with compensation of $1.50 per verified door and weekly pay.

Onboarding and training take place from the Newtown–Yardley area, with hours typically 6–8 per day. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with residents, able to travel within Bucks County, and pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Ability to travel throughout Bucks County.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor, door-to-door environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to use a smartphone for required field reporting.
• Must pass a criminal background check; no exceptions.
• Previous canvassing, community outreach, sales, fundraising, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

About the Position

We are seeking dependable and motivated GOTV Field Canvassers to conduct door-to-door outreach throughout Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Field Canvassers will visit residential addresses, speak with registered voters, provide information about participating in the upcoming November 3rd election, and seek commitments from voters to participate.

This is a productivity-based position. Compensation is based on the number of verified doors completed, so individuals who are able to dedicate more time and complete more doors have the opportunity to earn more.

Compensation & Schedule

• $1.50 per verified door
• Paid weekly
• Work completed from Sunday through Saturday is paid the following Friday
• Candidates may work up to 7 days per week
• Working 7 days per week is not required
• We are particularly seeking candidates who can commit approximately 6–8 hours per day
• Daily hours may vary based on individual availability and field requirements

Onboarding

Onboarding, hiring, and initial training will be conducted from our office in the Newtown–Yardley area.

Candidates selected to move forward will receive additional information regarding onboarding, training, field assignments, and scheduling.

• Bucks County: This district encompasses all of Bucks County, which includes cities and towns such as:
• Levittown
• Morrisville
• Quakertown
• Bristol
• Newtown
• Montgomery County: A small portion of this district extends into Montgomery County, including parts of:
• Upper Dublin
• Lower Gwynedd
