Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Voter Registration Field Director to build and scale a field office in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC. You will recruit, train, and manage 20–30 canvassers, and personally canvass to set and hit voter registration goals.

Lead by example, develop future leaders, ensure message accuracy, and oversee daily reporting, payroll, and inventory while fostering a diverse, inclusive team culture.

• Ability to canvass alongside the team to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 20-30 paid canvassers.
• Canvass personally several days a week to lead by example.
• Set voter registration goals and measure progress.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and motivation.
• Develop leadership and promote internal growth.
• Maintain an inclusive, respectful work environment.
• Implement quality controls for messaging and data.
• Handle daily data reporting, payroll, and inventory.
