Job summary

MF Professional Services, Inc. seeks two Canvass Leads to support door-to-door voter outreach in Houston and Harris County. The hybrid role is temporary, with substantial in-person fieldwork and daily reporting to the Field Manager.

You will supervise canvassing teams, coordinate turf, conduct briefings, and ensure accurate form handling and safety compliance while engaging with community members across the area.

Qualifications

• Experience in canvassing, voter-outreach, or civic engagement projects.
• Proven leadership or supervision experience in field teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Manager with daily door-to-door canvassing operations.
• Lead a canvassing team and coordinate turf, schedules, and training.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on goals, scripts, safety, and updates.
• Prepare turf assignments using MiniVAN, VAN, and maps.
• Distribute materials and ensure accurate check-ins and reporting.
• Monitor production, provide coaching, and maintain field safety and compliance.
