Volunteers in general clerical roles assist police staff with a wide range of tasks that are crucial to the department's daily operations.
Volunteers in this role may be placed in any division where their skills are needed.
In the Property & Evidence (P&E) Unit, Volunteers support the function of P&E.
Volunteers in the Records Unit work alongside staff during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM). This role involves performing various clerical duties such as typing and filing documents, assisting with data entry and retrieval.

A minimum of one year of service is required, with a commitment of at least 16 hours per month. Exceptions for fewer hours may be considered based on department needs and the volunteer's residency status.
