Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.
• Personal mobility/transportation and flexible working hours required as there are night and weekend work hours and travel.
• Volunteer supervisory skills with minimal supervision in an unstructured setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and evaluate volunteer and donor programs under supervision.
• Support program delivery for Agriculture and Natural Resources and 4-H Youth Development and other community needs.
• Provide leadership in determining and evaluating volunteer efforts.
