Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a dedicated high school teacher to deliver the LifeWise for-credit curriculum to grades 9-12. The ideal candidate participates in a church community and communicates effectively to students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities include training, maintaining accurate classroom records, fostering a redemptive classroom, and promoting LifeWise's mission. A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of teaching experience are required; active church involvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2+ years of teaching experience.
• Demonstrates mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church with aligned doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Teach LifeWise high school curriculum for grades 9-12.
• Complete LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Attend LifeWise Summit annually and participate in Meet-Ups.
• Maintain accurate grades, attendance and assessments.
• Foster a relational, redemptive classroom environment.
• Promote LifeWise's religious mission in all duties.
