Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a committed teacher to share the gospel in public school classrooms using LifeWise curriculum. The ideal candidate participates in a local church with a compatible faith statement and has at least two years of teaching experience.

The role includes certification, ongoing training and community outreach. Responsibilities include lesson planning, managing an organized classroom, building relationships with students, coordinating with school staff, and upholding LifeWise's

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church setting.
Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Faith statement.

Responsibilities

Complete the LifeWise Teacher Certification Course within 30 days of start date.
Teach LifeWise Classes using the curriculum and map out lesson plans.
Invest in building relationships with students and praying for them regularly.
Maintain an organized classroom and accurate attendance records.
Communicate with the LifeWise program director and school personnel as needed.
Promote LifeWise's religious mission in all duties and interactions.
