A community-focused organization in Texas is seeking a passionate Events and Ministry Coordinator to create exceptional experiences for apartment residents. This volunteer role involves planning two events monthly, enhancing community connections, managing marketing materials, and engaging with residents. Ideal candidates will have relational skills, effective communication abilities, and the desire to serve their community. Responsibilities are primarily in the evenings and weekends, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all residents.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic fluency in English for marketing and reports.
• Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance.
• Physically able to carry up to 25 pounds and use stairs.
• Availability for weekly hours mainly in evenings and weekends.
• Ability to commit to a minimum term of service.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and host 2 events each month for residents.
• Provide a caring touch to residents with community support.
• Invite residents to share their online experiences.
• Develop marketing materials for activities.
• Manage the event budget process.
• Prepare monthly summaries for planning.
• Engage a support team of volunteers and vendors.
• Connect with new residents after they move in.
